Exchange and Returns

Our Commitment

At Fashionown, we believe jewelry should feel just as meaningful in person as it does online.

If something is not quite right, we are here to help make the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unworn
  • all original packaging must be included
  • the product must be returned in its original condition

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many Fashionown creations are made personally for each customer, the following items are non-returnable:

  • personalized jewelry
  • custom-designed pieces
  • engraved products
  • final sale items

For custom orders, we work closely with customers throughout the design and approval process to ensure satisfaction before production begins.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

Our team will review the situation promptly and work toward a suitable resolution.

Return Process

To request a return, please email our support team with your order details.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective product
  • an incorrect shipment

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • shipping fees are non-refundable
  • your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.

If you would like a different item, we recommend contacting our support team for personalized assistance.
