What a good fit looks like
- Shoulders: the shoulder seam sits on or just past your shoulder. Much further down your arm means it's oversized.
- Chest: no pulling or horizontal creases across the front, and the crest sits flat.
- Length: a standard jersey usually covers the hips. Longer is fine for a relaxed look; shorter suggests a cropped style.
- Sleeves: short sleeves should end above the elbow without gripping the arm.
How to measure
- Lay a T-shirt that fits the way you like flat on a table.
- Measure straight across the chest, just below the armpits.
- Measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
